Each month, we gather in our Sacred Space for The Sacred Hour…a soulful gathering of sound, meditation, movement, and community healing.

Through sound bowls, voice, breath, meditation, guided ritual, and a variety of instruments, we create an intentional container to release, restore, and root ourselves in harmony.
